Full Job Description
- Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings and fairs
- Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Visit customers directly to gather information to find the best solution to understand their broadband requirements
- Identify the best connection method be that Fibre or Wireless
- Foster customer relationships via further visits and telephone calls and encourage referrals
- When it's raining (or snowing) and knocking on the door is more of a challenge, continue to build relationships over the phone, being pro-active and making calls to prospects and new customers
- On occasion, you may need to stay away for a period of time (not regularly and normally up to a working week) when we need to do "a big push" in an area. (this may include Saturday work from time to time).
- And of course, you will need to meet individual and team sales targets.
Communication, Active Listening, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Organisation What you need to be considered for the role: - Previous sales experience (essential)
- Experience with door-to-door sales
- Capable of building rapport with customers
- Pro-active target driven approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to change

- Basic Salary 25K to 28K (doe) + up to 16K Commission + £4,800 Car Allowance
