Your Role as a Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the friendly face of the charity at various high footfall venues, shows, and events. You'll engage with the public, share stories of impact, and inspire them to support our cause through monthly donations. It's a rewarding role where you truly make a difference in people's lives!

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • A positive outlook and a strong work ethic; you should be motivated to hit and exceed your targets!

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, whether in sales, customer service, or field sales.

  • Flexibility to work alternate Weekends, as the weekends are peak times for sign-ups!

  • Great communication skills to effortlessly connect with people and build rapport.

  • A valid UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle are essential.

  • A love for variety! You should enjoy travelling and working in different environments each day.

  • A genuine desire to advocate for the charity you'll represent.

  • 23.8K - 25K basic salary + uncapped discretionary bonus ( 45K+ OTE)
