• Join Henkel's Haircare Professional team as a Field Sales Graduate.
• Work with iconic brands such as Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept and Statement Grooming.
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote the Haircare Professional brands and products.
• Build strategic proposals to grow new business.
• Support the delivery of the sales and profit targets across a portfolio of accounts.
• Analyse customer sales and margin data, and provide insight into financial performance.
• Shape your knowledge and career with trainings and development programs.
  
  You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Management, or any related field.
• Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
• Excellent Communicator.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and driven.
• Enthusiastic for innovation, with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Entrepreneurial and results driven perspective.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workload to ensure maximum productivity.
• Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
