- To lead, motivate and coach your team to be the best they can be and to achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets
- To effectively encourage the team to sell our products door to door and achieve your own individual targets as well as drive the team to achieve theirs
- Seek and share ideas to ensure that your region and team are able to achieve the uptake required, Day to day management of a team of door to door sales executives
- Train new execs to be able to sell our products and build our brand awareness in your region
- Train and coach trainee sales execs
- Carry and exceed your team's sales targets
- Generating leads and gathering contact details
- Updating customer records on the database, and maintaining your sales pipeline.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service for yourself and your team
- Keeping the rest of the team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your area

Do you have direct sales team lead experience?, We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target driven with an exceptional work ethic. You'll be someone passionate about driving the uptake of our broadband services in your region. You'll be someone able to sell on the door, and lead a team in doing so too, while building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the Midlands and Birmingham area. This is a field-based role located in our Midlands region (you will be working with your team and a Regional Sales Manager) and it would be ideal if you have experience in either/or sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales experience as well as team management. You'll be expected to be in the field driving sales in your area by training, coaching and managing the team to effectively sell to our customers in the Midlands / Region region., - Ideally, we are looking for someone who has direct sales or door to door sales experience
