Full Job Description

  • Repairing and maintaining a range of machines, including small and large plant, mobile access, and agricultural equipment, both in our yard and off-site


  • Working closely with the yard manager, and yard operatives to ensure that all machines are in excellent operating condition


  • Communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and satisfying their requirements


  • Helping with machine preparation to make sure they are ready to go to customers


  • Accurately recording the details of machines repaired/serviced on Syrinx-enabled tablets.

    Liaising with the service manager, you will organise, manage, and undertake repairs and maintenance of a wide variety of plant, access, and agricultural machinery at our Dutton depot and in the field when required.

    Excellent communication skills, a reliable, flexible approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential in this busy environment.,
  • You will have serviced and maintained plant products and/ or HGV/ agricultural machinery previously.

  • Experience with welding would be helpful.

  • A full UK driver's license is required.

  • Own basic tools.
