Finance Accounting Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced and friendly Finance Department in our central Bristol offices. Within this role, the successful candidate will hold responsibility for performing financial period-end close accounting, as well as coaching and developing team members and contributing to accounting change. You'll have the ability to join a dynamic and supportive department, with great opportunity for cross-functional working and developing excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business. In addition, key accountabilities will include: - Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the accounting ledgers - Guaranteeing Balance Sheet controls (including reconciliations) are being performed and are working effectively - Maintaining and controlling financial systems, including general ledger interfaces reconciliations and controls - Working closely with the wider Finance department to ensure that information communicated within the wider group and externally is accurate, timely and understandable

We are really to keen to hear from candidates with the ability to be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities within a changing environment. You'll be a fully qualified candidate, ideally with some commercial industry experience post qualification, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
