Full Job Description

As the Finance and Administrative Assistant you will be will be responsible for delivering a professional financial service to the group of three schools and supporting the Business Manager. You will ensure financial operations are timely, accurate and meet legislative and Trust regulations and compliance. Duties will include ordering goods, processing invoices, ensuring the efficient administration of our online payment system and assisting the Business Manager in the production of monthly management accounts. The successful candidate will be based in Bordon but may be required to work at another academy within a reasonable distance of the school.

This is an excellent position if you are able to manage priorities and have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent financial management, planning and organisational skills. Although it would be beneficial if you have experience of working within an education setting, your finance experience is more important to us.

33.3 hours per week (8:20am-3:30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break), term time only (38 working weeks).

Working hours negotiable for the right candidate

Salary Trust Band 3, £23,500 - £24,702 (pay review pending)

Pro rata salary equates to £17,702.94 to £18,627.35 per annum, Bordon Junior School, Weyford Nursery & Primary School and Fernhurst Primary School are very different schools, but share a collaborative approach which is a distinct feature of being part of the University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust.
