Full Job Description

The role is based in Keighley, working for Ogden Fulfilment at our head office. We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As the Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the smooth operation of our company.,

  • Analysing data and uploading courier recharges

  • Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts

  • Credit Control duties

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Office management including placing orders for office and customers

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.

  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

    Previous experience in finance administration or a related field. (Minimum 1 year)

  • Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)

  • Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools. (Preferred)

  • Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)

  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. (Essential)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. (Essential)
