Full Job Description

We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our ASOS team at Barnsley. You'll provide financial administrative support to the Assistant Finance Manager and the commercial/financial function, ensuring accurate information and service for the site, colleagues, and clients.,

  • Issue timely and accurate sales invoices to ASOS and ad hoc invoices, create purchase orders and manage them through to supplier invoice payment, and handle manual payments for non-approved suppliers, including managing queries

  • Complete month-end tasks for site overheads, including reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, and provide full backup support

  • Ensure all financial processes and reports are completed to agreed timescales and required standards

  • Plan, monitor, review and adjust as necessary the weekly and daily administration service resources

  • Experience with SAP Finance and COUPA is desirable but not essential

    This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday office hours., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,710 per annum and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
