Full Job Description

As Finance Administrator you ll be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Input all supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses onto our ERP system, Visual.
  • Reconciliation of invoices with suppliers and internal procurement team.
  • Liaising with our suppliers on queries, payments, ledger reconciliation's and missing invoices.
  • Produce weekly payment runs to our suppliers.
  • Preparing, administrating, and filing LB Bentley Sales Invoices and assisting with the collection of payment.

    Accounts Payable experience is essential, preferably within Manufacturing.
  • Communicates well and is comfortable liaising with our suppliers by telephone and managing payment expectations.
  • Good attention to detail and a keen problem solver.
  • Will need to be able to work towards tight deadlines and flex to support the rest of the team when required.
