Finance Administrator

Based in Ringwood you will be part of the commercial finance team reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Manager. You will be tasked the smooth running of several projects., Expenses & Credit Cards: Coding of weekly expenses and monthly credit card returns. Ensuring sufficient backup is provided and chasing where appropriate Vehicles: Maintenance of vehicle records in Fleetminder system working alongside HR Contract Sales: Data input of applications to clients Assisting with preparation for the annual audit Subcontract Ledger: Updating subcontractor insurances, self-bill agreements and records held in Evision Monitor and update daily subcontractor order report in line with CIS & Domestic Reverse Charge VAT guidance. Review and post subcontract valuations and invoices on Evision, provide 1st line support as appropriate

• It is desirable that applicants will have proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
