Finance Administrator

If so, keep reading, This a duel responsibility role, You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for Accounts Payable & Receivable and supporting the Senior Sales Administration such as Sales order processing and processing Sales invoices., Finance/Accounts (70% of the role):

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including processing supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, credit-checking, and debt collection.
• Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards, process VAT returns, and assist with payroll submissions.
• Support the preparation of budgets, month-end close, annual audits, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle customer rebate calculations and prepare financial journals for review.
• Sales Administration (30% of the role):
• Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Maintain product databases and sales spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy.
• Update the Syspro system in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams while providing general sales support.
  
  Previous Accounts/Finance experience.
• Holds an AAT or similar qualification.
• Dependable with a professional mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using software and maintaining databases.
