The Role: M&G Trustee Company Limited (" MTCL") offers a wide range of Trustee and Agency services in the capital markets space. No investment related activity is carried out. The Finance Team is responsible for managing
the onboarding and administration of the new transactions where MTCL acts in different trustee and agency capacities, the ongoing maintenance and recording of the relevant finance covenants and any movements of funds in and out of the MTCL accounts. The team is also responsible to ensure the efficient and consistent application of fees, processing invoicing and reconciling associated payments. The Corporate Trust Finance Associate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of payments, invoicing clients & carrying out financial reconciliations The Finance Associate may also assist in the onboarding and administration of new transactions and in new business administration and tracking activities as required. Key Responsibilities for this role: Assisting in opening and managing the Trustee accounts at transaction and principal level, including sending payment notices (where required) & managing payments Assisting in accurately recording/tracking and invoicing new/ongoing

business and associated legal fees and reconciling the relevant payments/outstanding debtors (and associated chasers as appropriate) Being key point of contact for both external/internal clients & stakeholders Assist with the ongoing duties of our Facility/Loan Agency services - maintaining interest calculations and payment waterfall files, preparing notices, payment requests and scheduling payments. Assisting, where required, in day to day management of new business and in any other ad hoc administration tasks for the team Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Excellent numerical and Excel skills Structured approach to work & ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage high volumes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational & time management skills Have a good level of written & verbal communication The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and demonstrate initiative to add value to the business Able to work in a team and
