Are you delivery focused and motivated to drive forward key outputs? As a Financial Analyst in our Transformation and Bordereau Management team, you'll bring your experience to support the General Ledger Reconciliation and reporting activities within the team and be the subject matter expert for AXA Health reporting. You'll drive forward key outputs including ensuring timely reporting of AXA Health Premiums, Claims and Population. You'll also be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:
- Using your strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge to analyse complex data sets for performance evaluation, analysis and reconciliation.
- Oversee the month end processing and be responsible for accounting adjustments, liaise with key stakeholders on any data, performance, or reconciliation issues.
- Responsible for the future development of the reporting for AXA Health Limited as new business streams are bought online through the Digital strategy.
- Working through the AGILE process and cycle planning with developers in discovery/test/implementation phases, acting as the business process expert, to enable the AGILE delivery to stay on target in their test windows.

- Highly numerate with the proficiency in working with Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage pressurised workloads, particularly around month end periods.
- Extremely well organised (essential), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to recognise areas of concern and diagnose causes, be inquisitive, challenging and innovative.
- Exemplary financial reconciliation experience, good with complex data sets.
- Experience of working in Financial Services, ideally Insurance.
- User Acceptance testing experience (creation and running of scripts, analysis of results), working with an AGILE development team.
