Finance Analyst

The main role of a Finance Analyst within a Frontline Label is business partnering for Columbia label group - You will be working closely with and supporting the labels and finance managers with any ad hoc queries to aid their decision making processes.,

• Provide Finance Manager with support in delivering accurate budgets, forecasts and results as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with non-finance staff to help ensure accurate forecasts.
• Provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting. Including variance analysis of actual results against forecast.
• Working with offshore partners for month end duties to include journal preparation and posting of accruals.
• Assist the label with purchasing and invoicing, ensuring purchase orders are issued and invoices processed correctly.
• Supporting the Finance Manager and wider business on ad hoc projects as required.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of Excel, SAP, Business Warehouse, Integrated Planning and the Purchasing System.
• Maintain a good understanding of management accounting and study for CIMA qualification to enhance financial and business knowledge.
• To assist Finance Manager achieve Budget target for the division and help maximise profitability.
