Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy cash team. The team is responsible for all cash transactions for the firm worldwide and reconcile all bank accounts globally. The cash team role is pivotal to ensuring this is undertaken efficiently and professionally, and within the regulatory framework.

You will have gained two to three years' experience working within a regulated finance role within a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm or you will be educated with a relevant finance/maths degree. You will be a self-motivated individual and have the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously., We are looking for:

  • Good level of experience or education

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to build strong relationships with Finance/Internal stakeholders.

  • High degree of numeracy and accuracy.

  • Positive and can-do attitude to problem solving

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to potential shift pattern - no unsocial hours

  • General Administrative tasks

  • Identify risks and escalate accordingly

  • Maintaining professional conduct at all times.

  • Excel/ Microsoft skill level should be moderate

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
