Full Job Description
Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.,
- Preparing forecasting cashflows every quarter, compare actuals to forecast and improve Modeller.
- Ensure pre close actions are completed and postings are made.
- Month end close co-ordination, ensuring teams are available and monitoring their progress, escalate and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare the receivables month end analysis file and upload the SAP TB and tie out ERP.
- Quarter end reporting pack - preparing receivable reporting information, co-ordinate with other teams to construct the full reporting pack.
- Preparing account reconciliations.
- Prepare statutory and SOX accounting support.
- Leading lean initiatives and projects to improve current processes.
Experience in the Finance & Accounting Operations. - Relevant degree within Accounting or Finance., Professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Qualified by experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Flexible Working
