Full Job Description

As a Finance Apprentice, you'll be joining our dynamic Finance team within an entry-level position, providing hands-on experience and support you as you develop essential finance skills. You'll play a key role in supporting procurement activities by raising requisitions, onboarding suppliers, receipting indirect goods and services, and updating purchase orders. This is an ideal position for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for finance.

  • Supplier Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new suppliers, gaining insights into vendor management and procurement processes.

  • Receipting Indirect Goods & Services: Verify and record the receipt of goods and services accurately and in a timely manner within the ERP system.

  • Updating Purchase Orders: Maintain and update purchase order information, including amending planned receipt dates. Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

  • Team Support: Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Finance team, supporting wider team initiatives and goals.
