Full Job Description

  • Working closely with our vendors to ensure payments are made on time
  • Investigating variances in vendor accounts to reconcile different orders
  • Working with buyers to get new vendors set up on our system for payments
  • Partnering with our Processing Centres and Logistics to produce effective investigation on goods reconciliations
  • Analysing payment performance and identifying areas of improvement
  • If you have European language skills - particularly German or Polish - that would be a real plus. If you've lived and worked in mainland Europe, even better. In a business like ours, all the above assets are great to have.

    5 GCSEs of at least grade C/Level 4 including Maths & English
  • Natural curiosity, flexibility, and a talent for connecting with people
  • Good communication skills are essential - challenging views and influencing decisions will be a big part of your role

As such there are certain eligibility criteria which applicants will need to meet in line with the Apprenticeship Funding rules in England. Applicants will need to demonstrate that they have a valid and eligible residency status, right to work in England and must have been living continuously in the UK for at least 3 years (and that this residence has not been wholly or mainly for the purposes of receiving full-time education).
