Full Job Description

· General administration duties - printing, scanning, filing, responding to emails

· Processing Invoices on Sage50

· Dealing with day-to-day Finance queries.

· Covering daily finance duties e.g. daily banking, raising invoices and inputting supplier invoices

· Assist with any additional tasks

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part-time Finance Administrator to join our team in our Blythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent office. The ideal candidate will have a positive "can do" attitude and be flexible enough to adapt to a wide range of duties in a growing business. We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in administration, knowledge of Sage50 preferred., · Previous administrative experience

· Strong attention to detail

· Good numerical skills

· Excellent administration skills

· Enthusiastic, committed and reliable

· Excellent customer focus, both internal and external

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage50,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
