Key Responsibilities: As our Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your daily, weekly, and monthly duties will include:
· Managing the Accounts inbox and invoices inbox efficiently.
· Adding purchase invoices to Xero, our financial management system.
· Handling fortnightly payment runs with accuracy and timeliness.
· Raising sales invoices on WFM/XERO to maintain accurate records.
· Processing staff expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Handling invoice queries promptly and professionally.
Excel Responsibilities: You will also play a vital role in utilizing Excel for various tasks, such as:
· Checking purchase orders (POs) and verifying their values.
· Updating projections to assist in financial forecasting.
· Conducting ad hoc calculations to support decision-making processes.

Working Hours and Salary: This role will be either a part-time or full-time position, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role starts from £23,800 pro-rata.
