Finance Assistant

Due to continued growth we are looking to increase our accounts team with the addition of an Finance Assistant.

The Role

The role is working as an integral part of our accounts team as our business continues to grow internationally.

The role will entail:

Sales Ledger Processing
Ledger Reconciliation
Managing invoice queries
Credit control and overdue debt management
Maintenance of customer credit facilities
Assist with Month End processes
Support Logistics team
The Person

Raytec are looking for our next employee to have experience of working as part of a busy accounts team. They will be responsible helping all areas in accounts with a strong focus on sales ledger and overseeing customer credit accounts.

The ideal person will have the following experience:

Working in a busy accounts department
In depth understanding of sales ledger
Comfortable talking to customers and to other departments
A good working knowledge of accounting software
An understanding of VAT procedures
A strong background in fundamental accounting procedures
