Full Job Description
- Managing the Sales Ledger and overseeing credit control processes
- Handling Purchase Ledger operations and managing supplier payments
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Coordinating payroll processing in collaboration with external accountants
- Assisting with office administration, including managing incoming calls
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting - Proven track record in financial roles (essential)
- Experience with accounting software, particularly Xero (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel (essential)
- Strong organisational skills (essential)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (essential)
