Full Job Description

  • Managing the Sales Ledger and overseeing credit control processes

  • Handling Purchase Ledger operations and managing supplier payments

  • Conducting bank reconciliations

  • Coordinating payroll processing in collaboration with external accountants

  • Assisting with office administration, including managing incoming calls

    At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting

  • Proven track record in financial roles (essential)

  • Experience with accounting software, particularly Xero (highly desirable)

  • Proficiency in Excel (essential)

  • Strong organisational skills (essential)

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills (essential)
