Full Job Description

  • Take ownership of processing sales invoices for funding, rental & room hire
  • Taking pride in ensuring invoices are coded correctly and entered onto our Sage accounting package correctly
  • Keeping a keen eye on when invoices become outstanding, sending out statements and calling up to chase payment
  • Ensure that invoices are cleared for payment by checking against purchase orders
  • Dealing with queries and requests from our project teams
  • Assisting with the year end audit
  • Being a good team member and covering for other members of the team
  • General filing and scanning and any other special finance tasks that crop up

    Experience of working in an office role
  • Be a great communicator
  • Well organised and can meet realistic deadlines
  • Genuinely want to do your best - pride in being accurate
  • Not afraid to ask if you're not sure
  • Work well with others
  • And if you have experience of Excel and an accountancy package, even better
