Full Job Description

  • Accounts payable, including matching, batching, and coding of invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and efficiently resolve discrepancies.
  • Process both UK and international stock and supplier invoices.
  • Conduct weekly payment runs.
  • Input cash book entries.
  • Assist with general ledger analysis and month-end close activities.
  • Provide daily sales reporting.
  • Step in to support team members and cover their tasks as needed.

    The ideal candidate will already have solid experience in accounts, with the ability to handle accounts payable duties from start to finish. They will be eager to learn and grow within the finance function and over time, will be rewarded with the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and develop their skill set., Proven experience in accounts payable with a strong understanding of the full AP process.
  • A quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups).
  • Experience with stock accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who's proactive and solutions focused.
  • Located within a reasonable commute to the company's office.
