Full Job Description

We are looking for somebody to join our Finance department in an administration capacity to support with the following tasks;

  • Manage Sales Day book, Debtors
  • Sales ledger & Purchase ledger responsibilities
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
  • Electronic Filing
  • Some simple Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Inputting Journals
  • General Admin duties

    We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins., Previous experience in a similar Finance / Accounts Assistant role.
  • You will be eager to learn and driven to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and build rapport across all levels of the Company.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience of competently and effectively using accounting software.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and always remain positive and proactive.
  • Work well with a team, helping and supporting each other.
