Full Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in various areas: 1. Accounts receivable: WIP Split Debtor reporting Enter invoices on customer portals when required Prep and assist with 0-90 day debt meetings Raising invoices Resolving queries when required Chasing payments when needed Assist in control accounts KPI reporting Bank reconciliations Assist with credit control

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in financial reporting.v
