Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in our finance team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer receipts across multiple entities.

Conducting reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Maintaining the sales ledger.

Assisting the Senior Credit Controller with ad-hoc duties, including handling Money Claims Online and addressing client queries.

Managing sales billing for multiple entities.

Supporting the Finance Manager and the finance team with various administration duties as needed.

Answering office phones, handling daily post, and contributing to general finance tasks.

Building close working relationships with the finance team and other departments across the organization to resolve queries promptly.

Assisting in the annual audit process.

AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification or Qualified by Experience.

Knowledge of SARs is a bonus.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage your workload and assist others.

Deadline-Oriented: Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines.

Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Confidentiality: An understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Microsoft packages.

First 3 months in the office, then hybrid working will be available if preferred,
