Full Job Description

Pagoda Marketing is seeking a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis (2 days per week). In this remote role, you'll play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.,

  • Oversee all company payments, including bills, invoices, reimbursements, and payroll.

  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

  • Review and approve employee timesheets for accuracy and payroll processing (if applicable).

  • Implement and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Proactively identify risk factors and advise on compliance strategies.

    Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper or similar role.

  • An understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
