Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as an Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the timely billing of accounts and supporting the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service within the Finance team.,

  • Reconcile the daily revenue performance and balance credit cards daily. Perform daily control checks as per company control procedures. Ensure all postings are recorded correctly and accurately.
  • Assist central LGH credit control with queires and back up.
  • Working in co-ordination with central LGH finance team to assist with processing invoices and checking statements.
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests and helping with any guest rekated financial queries.

    A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or equivalent and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous hotel finance experience preferred.
