- Maintain the financial integrity and accuracy of daily financial operations within the hotel.
- Accurately record and balance all transactions, including cash, credit cards, and bank reconciliations, on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to company control procedures and policies.
- Provide essential support to the broader financial and operational teams.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues., With 149 luxurious bedrooms, guests can choose from a variety of dining options, including the newly refurbished lobby lounge, which offers all-day dining, and the exquisite Italian cuisine at 'Marcos.' The hotel also provides 24-hour room service and a well-equipped fitness club for guests to maintain their fitness routine. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong work ethics with a high level of responsibility for assigned task completion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial software (e.g. Opera, Zonal).
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of hotel operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
