Job Description Role Overview Reporting to the UK based Senior Business Analyst & working closely with overseas Analysts, relevant third parties & business clients; the Business Analyst will provide first line global support primarily for Concur & MS Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. The Business Analyst will be responsible for days to day operations of these applications applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to either resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team. Main Responsibilities Provide first line application support for D365 & Concur in
a customer focused environment Total ownership and management of user profiles, accounts, financial dimensions and workflow setup and maintenance as relevant to D365 & Concur Provide general D365 support to both the Senior Business Analyst and end users. For instance, query resolution of submodules and management of periodic security levels for each user Be the regional Concur Help Desk, providing support and assistance to end users Produce quarterly reports and financial analysis for Senior Management on business expenses Act as the conduit between Finance and IT on Concur application maintenance and updates Coordination of regional Intranet updates and complete responsibility of Sharepoint sites administration Assist with system upgrades and integrations creating efficiencies across the wider business Map and document existing business and system processes for the region. Continued responsibility to keep these relevant and current Provide training to end-users on certain functionality
within Dynamics 365 & Concur Able to identify and escalate priority tickets to the correct team Key Competencies Confident and effective communicator A strong aptitude for numbers, problem solving and data analytics Attention to detail Skillset in documentation and process orientation Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills Key Requirements Ideally 2 years experience in an ERP support role MS office experience Ability to work with multiple clients, vendors, consultants and stakeholders Broad understanding of business and accounting processes (e.g., AP, T&E etc) Prior involvement in service delivery, client/customer focus and relationship management Prior experience of working & resolving IT tickets in a timely manner an added bonus Ability to manage and prioritise workload with minimal supervision Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
