Finance Business Partner - Rents, Service charges and Financial Accounting - £57,075 - Per Annum (Pro Rata) - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The role - Finance Business Partner - Rents, Service Charges, and Financial Accounting.
As Finance Business Partner you will work with other Finance Business Partners and the Group Reporting Manager to delivery the financial report in a timely manner. You will support the Rents, Service charges and Financial Accounting teams as their financial lead.
What you'll do
You will
Ensure management accounts, budgets and forecasts are delivered to strict deadlines
Work with budget holders to actively manage risks, draft action plans, review performance and identify potential savings
Present management information packs at directorate, senior management and other service review meetings regularly
Assist in the statutory account production providing quality audit file and producing monthly audit schedules
Provide monthly reconciliations against the monthly contractors spend reports
What you'll need
is a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
is experienced in setting up and maintaining successful partnerships
has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
has a strong finance background with a proven track record in financial and management reporting
has high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deal with large and complex levels of data
