Finance Business Partner

We are excited to announce a 7-month fixed term contract for a Senior Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support our dynamic Smart Workplaces and Mitie Energy Consulting business units. In this commercially focused role, you will collaborate closely with managing directors and operational team leaders, overseeing a Finance Analyst who reports directly to you.

As a key player in our finance department, you will ensure robust finance and commercial governance, aligning with our growth targets and driving operational efficiencies. Your responsibilities will include delivering precise reporting of monthly results, forecasting, and managing working capital, along with providing crucial ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions, pricing strategies, and more., As our Finance Business Partner, you will be our primary point of contact, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making."In collaboration with operational teams, you will focus on cost management and investment decisions while assisting in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to identify potential risks and opportunities. You will generate ad hoc analyses and present financial information to senior management, manage working capital, and oversee month-end close and balance sheet activities. Furthermore, you will deliver monthly management reporting and work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance projects.

ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CIPFA qualified with 4+ years of commercial experience.

-Previous experience in Finance Business partnering with a commercial focus is essential.
