Finance Business Partner

- Provide financial leadership, relevant insight and challenge in determining and delivering the strategic business direction

- Maintain ongoing financial analysis (including budget versus actual analysis), and commentary that is clear, concise, and of sufficient quality to be presented to the Executive team for review.

- Develop relationships with members of the wider Commercial Finance function (to support Group FP&A processes) and with the Core Finance function to derive accurate, timely reporting.

- Provide forward-looking analysis (external market analysis/benchmarking/competitor analysis/predictive modelling) to identify issues and guide development

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to discuss all aspects of finance with non -finance teams
