Finance Business Partner Coordinator (Acute ISP / Out of system)

Join our team as a Finance Business Partner Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering excellent financial management services to our Integrated Care Board (ICB). You will act as a financial expert and key link across multiple contracts, supporting the business in achieving its performance and efficiency goals.,

• Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and contract monitoring.
• Support financial reporting processes, including month-end, year-end, and audit requirements.
• Validate and process invoices, accruals, and prepayments in line with contracts.
• Provide financial advice to budget holders and key stakeholders to aid decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external providers.
  
  AAT Qualified or CCAB Part-Qualified (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
• Experience in producing finance reports, ledger management, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
  
  The BOB ICB covers the geography across three counties and goes in line with the local authority boundaries of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham. Our geography covers a population of nearly 1.8 million.
