Finance Business Partner - Development & GSF

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to Head Finance Business Partner and be a member of the finance team.

The core responsibility of the role is to serve as a strategic business partner, providing comprehensive financial support for Development and Global Support Functions (GSF) expenses across multiple brands within the Norgine group. The role is responsible for overseeing P&L management, driving effective financial planning, reporting, and business insights while supporting and challenging leadership to make informed financial decisions. Key duties include ensuring financial governance, liaising with Global Business Services (GBS), driving financial targets, supporting compliance, and providing financial analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluations. Additionally, the role focuses on continuous improvement, FTE and capex tracking, and audit support when needed.,

• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all cross functional teams including but not limited to Development & GSF Leadership and Development & GSF wider teams and allocated Executive member.


• Facilitate and support monthly, quarterly and 5yr plan consolidated reviews within allocated timescales.


• Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance across the teams assigned to this role


• Utilising the GBS support, provide analytical analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports and KPI's to business strategies, supporting the Exec objectives.


• Provide effective Development & GSF Finance support, or initiating change, to ensure key operational , Development & GSF and financial targets are delivered


• Support the integration of new initiatives throughout GBS and into BAU.


• Lead on financial input for all projects including R&D (capex & opex)


• Support new business and CI initiatives including the implementation of a new Reporting and Planning tool from a SME perspective.


• Setting up and maintaining cost centres and leading all Development & GSF allocations across brands and markets. Including 3rd party invoicing/allocations with GBS


• Support and analyse financial business cases input and ad hoc requests, Our benefits may vary per location. Please liaise with the Norgine TA representative to obtain more information.
  
  Advanced numerical, reporting and planning skills


• Strong analytical skills working with financial IT systems such as; E1, TM1,PLANFUL Excel etc.


• Exceptional verbal, written and communication/presentation skills (in English)


• Excellent teamwork and organisational skills, working in a cross functional organisation matrix


• Ability to think "outside the box". Ability to influence and proactively challenge.


• Knowledge of a Pharmaceutical commercial environment from both a sales and operations aspect.
