Full Job Description

Join our Online Finance team in this fantastic role! Partnering the Online Development Director and the Growth Finance Director, you will be responsible for F&F Online launch as well as continuous improvement of core Home Delivery Service.

At Tesco, we believe in the power of spending more time together, face to face, than apart. So, during your working week, you can expect to spend 60% of your time in one of our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely. We also recognise that life looks a little different for each of us. Some people are at the start of their careers, some want the freedom to do the things they love. Others are going through life-changing moments like becoming a carer, nearing retirement, adapting to parenthood, or something else. That's why at Tesco, we always welcome a conversation about flexible working. So, talk to us throughout your application about how we can support.

You will be responsible for:

F&F ONLINE: Partnering with various colleagues to ensure the successful launch of F&F Online, including execution of the F&F Online strategy, building F&F Online reporting, forecasts, budget and Long Term Plan, and driving action to ensure delivery against F&F targets.
ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Support technology teams to improve and enhance web and app core Grocery Home Service to enable customers to get what they want simply (e.g. through search, favourites and personalisation). Generate insightful analysis to support decision making. Proactively identify issues and work to resolve.
ONLINE TRADE PLAN: Improve Online margin through development of Online specific promotions and pricing opportunities (e.g. personalised pricing and product subscriptions).

Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience of engaging and influencing senior finance and non-finance colleagues
The ability to interpret data & derive insight to drive decision making
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good commercial awareness and big picture thinking
