You will focus on driving positive change, contribute to our growth, and shape the future of our Finance organisation and form close working relationships internally with Finance IT, the wider Finance team and business units.,

  • Deliver high-quality change and enhance ERP & EPM applications.
  • Proactively manage strong internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Champion and support finance in developing a continuous improvement culture utilising industry trends and best practices in finance systems.
  • Develop and enhance performance and control environment of the financial systems.
  • Actively support finance and IT finance with implementation of change.
  • Lead and develop SME's working on projects
  • Remain current with change and configuration management methodologies, Oracle methodology, and project management techniques.
  • Role model a culture of excellence across finance change

    Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
  • Technical expertise in Oracle modules including General Ledger, Sub-Ledgers, Consolidation (FCCS), Planning (EPBCS), Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Allocations (PCMCS) and Data Management (MDM)
  • Extensive experience in implementing change, preferably within a financial services sector
  • Hands on approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong control mindset and experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Reporting Relationships / Interactions
  • Reports to the Head of FBSS
  • Maintain constructive and supportive professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including the Finance leadership team, internal project teams and external consultants
