Full Job Description
As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Corporation Tax and VAT compliance cycles in accordance with external regulations and DLL policies and guidelines. This will include primary responsibility for tax accounting, payments, return preparation and submission and a leading involvement in any related HMRC interventions. - All processes relating to Corporation Tax current and deferred tax accounts provision
- Corporation Tax computation and return preparation
- Calculation of Corporation Tax payments
- VAT Return preparation
- Maintenance and ongoing development of the Tax Risk Control Framework
- Liaison with Group tax team and other stakeholders as required
- Ad hoc project/transactional work All members enjoy

- University degree.
- Qualified Accountant: ACA or ACCA and, preferably, CTA
- At least 3 years' Corporation Tax Experience (preparation and/or review of returns)
- Good working knowledge of VAT, including MTD, with partial exemption experience preferred
- Experience in Asset Finance an advantage.
