Full Job Description

We're recruiting for graduates to join our Finance team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Finance Graduate, you will develop your skills in our technical account and control, and business partnering environments. Please note this position is on-site 5 days a week at the McLaren Technology Centre, to best facilitate your learning and development during the scheme. The closing date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024. Virtual first stage interviews will take place in early January 2025, with the second stage of the process being on-site assessment centres in late January/early February. What You'll Do As a Finance Graduate, you will be gaining valuable experience within our Finance team on a three-year programme. This will include:

  • Technical accounting and control and business partnering roles,
  • Being imbedded within different teams, providing true visibility across McLaren,
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the business,
  • Contributing towards forecasts and budgets,
  • Ensuring the financial targets for the relevant business units are met, through collaboration with business partners, financial analysis, and the application of financial controls.
  • As part of the scheme, you will work towards an accredited chartered accounting qualification, either ACCA or CIMA. What You'll Bring We would be looking for you to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant Finance degree. You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our Finance business area. What We'll Do for You
