Finance Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Insights Analyst to join our finance team based in our office in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. As a Finance Insights Analyst you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and analysis to support the Project Finance Managers (PFM) and pricing teams across all company divisions. You will be analysing cost trends, benchmarking data, and comparing pricing models to actual costs to ensure contract compliance. If you are successful, you will develop data profiles for bid creation and pricing and provide crucial financial data to support budgeting and decision-making processes.,

• Prepare comprehensive reports for management accounts and pricing teams, focusing on cost trends and benchmarking data.


• Compare pricing models to actual costs incurred to ensure alignment with contract terms.


• Build detailed data profiles to support bid creation and pricing strategies.


• Provide financial data to various business units to aid in budgeting and decision-making.


• Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analysis.


• Work closely with procurement to align financial insights with procurement strategies and objectives.


• Use trend analysis, build useful dashboards, and deliver structured reports regularly.
