Finance Intern

As a Finance Intern, you will be getting involved with the following:

• Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes.
• Preparation of reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure.
• Manage the signatories' process for payment authorisation.
• Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors.
• Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania).
• Daily management of interface and relationships between GSA.
• Professional fees analysis.
• RBIE (Ireland) contact for expenses and Account Payable (AP).
• Completion of National Statistics returns.
• Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has gained some experience and demonstrated their abilities.
