Full Job Description

Are you a Finance Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you accustomed to working closely with operational teams to produce reports and commercial KPI's? Do you enjoying engaging in customer meetings to help identify commercial efficiencies?, We're currently on the search for a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis for our Tool Station site in Northampton. This fast-paced, distribution warehouse is looking for a Finance Manager to deliver clear and credible reporting, forecasting and budgeting exercises, to shape and influence operational direction with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.,

  • Ensuring robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results to the customer through weekly and period reporting

  • Confirm clarity of balance sheets across each area of the contract to present to customer and to satisfy internal SOX requirements

  • Weekly and monthly customer reviews and production of periodic/monthly review packs

  • Lead financial controls regarding Gainshare and Gainshare elements of the contract.

  • Work with the operational team to ensure that maximum is delivered in line with contract.

    Proven experience in a fast-paced finance management role

  • Experienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savings

  • Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers

  • Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards

    We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
