Full Job Description

Support the delivery of timely and accurate reporting of financial performance across the East Region ICBs and NHSE. Support in the provision of high-quality financial information, advice and support to the specialised commissioning team across 6 regional ICBs and NHSE. Support or Lead on month-end close process according to agreed timescales. Support or lead the development and monitoring of provider contracts for the agreed areas of responsibility. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Business Intelligence, Pharmacy, Commissioning and Contract managers to support provider contracts and service development. Identify and assist in ensuring performance concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Support the team's role in the annual financial planning process. Support or Lead on the provision of analytical financial support. Support the appraisals of business cases including provision of financial information for the development of business cases and bids, NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.   • The East of England Specialised Commissioning Finance Team supports the delivery of specialised services across the 6 integrated care boards within the East region and NHS England. The team supports a total budget for delegated and retained services of approx. £2.3bn and operates as part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside Business Intelligence, Pharmacy, Commissioning and Contract managers and actively promotes system working to ensure best value for money for the East of England population
