What you'll do:

Partner with Account Directors and site teams to support critical decision-making, including budgeting and forecasting.

Drive efficient and accurate month-end processes, ensuring robust financial reporting.

Build strong relationships across operational and client teams, providing insights to improve contract performance.

Deliver financial control, ensuring cash, stock, and cost processes are rigorously maintained.

Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting.

Degree or equivalent qualification, with a professional accounting qualification (or part-qualified).

Minimum of 5 years of finance experience with proven commercial exposure.

Advanced financial modeling and process improvement skills.

Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
