Full Job Description

  • Wish to work in the heart of Central London, but also appreciate the balance of a flexible hybrid working model.Working on the world's biggest global automotive client and reporting to the Operations Director, this person will be responsible for delivering flawless and timely billing of our media, via maintaining and adapting critical financial infrastructure, process design and execution. The candidate will support multiple internal teams within a hub-and-spoke structure to ensure processes are followed by all parties to facilitate the smooth flow of income and outgoings.   • Own and maintain the PO tracker and other key financial documents.
  • Act as key liaison between the global, hub, local market, and core finance teams, ensuring strict financial deadlines are met each month.
  • Offer support in troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure that media plans are available for campaign end dates and are fully reconciled.
  • Ensure that bookings and costings are correct prior to billing.
    • Maintaining and adapting finance processes
  • Oversee the finance processes, roles and responsibilities governing how the different teams work together.
  • Support specific teams with learning and adopting these processes.
  • Adapt processes where they are not leading to the desired outcome.
    • Managing usage of financial systems
  • Ensure all users have the relevant training and support to effectively use the platforms.
  • Explore ways to deliver operational improvements by looking at how we use platforms in a more sophisticated way. Experience managing others, both junior to you, and managing peers and upwards to deliver results.

    Analytical and meticulous - prior experience with media agency billing structures is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-player who is adept at building relationships across diverse teams in different markets, in a culturally considerate manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, while being able to articulate when additional support or guidance is necessary.
