As a Finance Manager based in our Ripon office - with hybrid, flexible working (up to 2 days per week remotely), you’ll be responsible for: 

• Mentor, develop and manage team members.

• Ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review and submission of all information required from direct reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including delivering incentive information for payment.

• Reporting of complex technical data in a format that can be understood by business stakeholders.

• Deliver compliance of internal and external accounting policies and procedures in area of responsibility as directed by Senior Finance Manager.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Qualified accountancy qualification - ACA/CIMA/ACCA

• Knowledge of current Accounting Standards (UK GAAP and IFRS)

• Experience of managing and developing qualified finance professionals

• Excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships and communicate professionally, ability to work at pace and adaptable
