Full Job Description

Villiers High School is looking to appoint a professional, self-motivated, and organised Finance Officer to assist the Finance Manager on all aspects of financial administration. The successful candidate will focus on the administration of the school finance and lettings. The successful candidate is expected to have effective communication and be able to start as soon as possible. Good knowledge of finance and accounting, with practical experience is essential. We are offering an exciting opportunity for the right person with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will need to:

  • Be punctual and have honest communication skills.
  • In return you will receive: Salary: (Grade 4-5) NJC £27,996-£31,581 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing supplement) Contract/Hours: 35 hours a week, 52 weeks (would consider part-time or flexible hours for the right candidate)

  • · Staff are able to take one wellbeing day per term to spend as they wish on their wellbeing beyond the teachers' terms and conditions as agreed by the London Borough of Ealing. · On Thursdays staff finish teaching early so they can meet and plan collaboratively with their departments and pastoral teams. Staff professional learning also takes place on this day as do other after school meetings and events such as parents evenings so that staff only ever have to plan child-care or a late finish one night of the week in the main.
