32 hours per week (8am to 4pm)

  • Four days per week, 52 weeks per year
  • King Alfred School (KAS) is a progressive independent school in idyllic grounds in North London. We are looking for a Finance Officer - Fees to work within our Bursary, reporting to the Finance Manager. The Bursary at King Alfred School comprises of a small team of staff who manage the financial and administrative activities of the school. Each member of the team has their own expertise but are all expected to support each other and where necessary, step in for each other, to enable the smooth running of the department. It is essential that applicants:
  • Have solid accounting/bookkeeping experience and in other areas of the finance function.
  • AAT or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
  • Have good IT skills, especially in Excel and accounting software.
  • Are knowledgeable regarding accounting and administration systems.
